Software Provider of the Year 2011

We are proud to announce that 12Pay Payroll has been voted Software Provider of the Year in the BKN Awards for 2011.

Products are nominated and voted for this award by their users. An impressive final shortlist saw 12Pay Payroll competing for the votes of the Bookkeeping Profession against the highly regarded Liquid Accounts and VT Software products. The winner, 12Pay Payroll, was announced on 1st November 2011.

12Pay Payroll Software has once again received the accolade of being shortlisted in the software satisfaction awards. This shortlist is achieved entirely from the votes of software users so thank you to all of our users who have told the organisers how much they love 12Pay's payroll software.

The final winner selected from the shortlist was announced in October. We didn't win, but yet again we got a fantastic second place.

We are delighted that 12Pay payroll has been shortlisted for an award in the prestigious Software Satisfaction Awards 2009. The Software Satisfaction Awards are decided by the votes of actual users of the software.

Thank you to everyone who voted for us. The time that you took to do that means a great deal to us.

To encourage you to vote we ran a prize draw for the people who voted for us. Congratulations to Patricia Hunter of Canine Concepts whose name came out of the hat. Offered the choice between a licence refund or an extension Patricia said, "I love your software, so please just extend my licence until 2011." and we've done that for her. Thank you for the kind words, Patricia.

We now have more detailed results from the poll. Once again more actual users voted 12Pay "Excellent" than any other payroll product. More than 300 12Pay users voted, and our scores out of a maximum of 4 in each category were Ease of Use - 3.74; Functionality - 3.82; Reliability - 3.92 ; Value for Money - 3.95.

It seems that many UK employers have discovered that processing income tax and earnings calculation using our easy payroll software and wages software keeps their pay costs down.

12Pay made it onto the 2008 shortlist of top payroll packages in the UK in the Software Satisfaction Awards 2008.

These industry awards are decided entirely by the votes of users who are asked to rate all of their business systems for: ease of use; functionality; reliability; and value for money. For each of these attributes, respondents were asked to give their ratings on a four-point scale from Poor to Excellent.

Despite being the "new kid on the block" 12Pay received 15% of the total votes cast for all payroll products. We are very confident in our users so we emailed a large section of our userbase en-masse asking them to rate our product. Most suppliers are not confident enough that their customers like them to do this. And our users rewarded our confidence by giving us an average score of 3.9 out of 4. A tremendous result! More voters rated 12Pay excellent than any other product in the payroll awards section.

We are so grateful to our users. We are touched that people have given up their time to vote for us. We are very lucky because we do seem to have attracted a really nice group of customers who are prepared to take a moment of their time to endorse our product.
