Why is 12Pay Ltd giving away free payroll software?
We believe that once you have tried the free version of our software you'll want to buy a licence for the Premium Edition or for the CIS extensions. A licence for the Premium Edition costs £48 per year (less if you buy 2 or 3 years straight away), and adds valuable features, such as:
- Internet submission of year-end P14s and P35s. If you do an internet submission your company will receive an incentive payment of £75 from HMRC if it has fewer than 50 employees.
- Many useful reports and smart payslip formats. You can even try out the reports and one of the payslip layouts in the free Express Edition.
- Place your own company logo on output (for example, payslips) from the payroll
We suggest that users who have gone live with the free software should purchase the Premium Edition; after all it is still exceptional value. But you don't have to upgrade to the Premium Edition. Just carry on using the free Express Edition indefinitely, if it suits you.
