I was just wondering if there is any way of adding different types of absence.

As a consultancy we invoice by the day, so I would love to be able to record other types of absence, Bank Holidays are one type, we also get days when we have no work, so I'd like an absence called Non-Billable, i could then ensure that staff either Bill, have some type of Holiday or are booking Non-Billable.

I suppose I'm looking for another section like the Payments/Deduction under the company.

Glen, At the moment we don't have any feature for adding to the list of absence types. But we'll consider adding that to a future release of the software.
