Hello

Is there anyway of printing the P46 submitted online by 12Pay? I would like to keep this for a record of what was submitted.

Thanks

Sarah

Sarah, You can see exactly what you submitted to HMRC. Open the payroll reports folder ("Reports/Report Folder" on the payroll form) and you'll see in there a file called "InYearMovements" with the date and time as the rest of its name. Double-click that file to open it and you'll see the full text of the message to HMRC. The first 20 lines or so are gobbledegook but the rest should be pretty readable and you can print the whole thing out and file it if you want to.
