Hi

I'm attempting to submit a P46 for an employee I have added to the a payroll. I go to the Reports->Internet Movements. I'm presented with the correct dialog box but there are no employees within the dialog box and I cannot proceed. What am I missing, please help.

Prem

Hmmm, The only reasons we can see straight off are if you've already filed that employee, or if you haven't ticked the employee's P46 option. One possibility, if you use the "Exclude" option when filing that is a permanent choice to not file that movement by internet. The employee won't reappear next time (that would be very inconvenient when transferring to 12Pay from another system where the filing has already been done)

If still in doubt please send an attachment backup of the database to support@12pay.co.uk and we'll take a look.
