Hi

I've just ordered some new P45s from the HMRC Orderline, but now that they have arrived they are in a completely different format! They are portrait style, with the information going down the page, instead of the landscape style I have seen (and used) before. I phoned the Orderline back and a rather snotty woman informed me that "P45s only come in one format". The P45s I have now already generated from 12Pay are in the landscape style. Help please?

The P45 layout changed about 18 months ago to the new 4 part portrait stationery.

If you've already printed P45s selecting the landscape documents and clicked the "Yes, these are OK" button there is still a way of requesting a reprint. Go to each employee who needs one and click the P45 button next to the leaving date while holding down the Shift key on the keyboard.
