Hi Guys

Firstly thank you for the provision of this software - I am a bit of a one-woman-band in the office here and it makes my life a whole lot easier, particularly at this time of year :)

I wondered if there was functionality at present for me to print off details of staff leave - I know there is something for SSP, etc. but we particularly need something to break down staff holidays. Something like a report listing staff name, annual entitlement, days taken and days booked would be ideal, mainly so we can view it all in one place and I can show my boss what I have been doing with the annual leave, without having to go into each individual employee's details.

Hope this makes sense and apologies if there is such a feature and I have missed it :)

Gemma, We don't have any such standard functionality, I'm afraid.

You can export your absences to Excel from the company form, and then use Excel to print them, (once you've sorted out the columns you want and grouped the columns appropriately, if you're handy with Excel)

The latest download of our software (since 1.4.1) has smarter calendars that you can call up from the employee HR tab. You can use Alt-PrtScr to copy the calendar into another package such as Word or Excel.

I also would like a report for the HR dept of holiday entitlement and holiday taken. Will this be developed in the near future ? 12pay is almost perfect this could clinch it and make it equal to the biggest payroll software.

Thanks for your kind comments. We note the additional request for this particular feature. Requests is how new features get into the software (that, and enhancements designed to reduce the volume  of support calls)

I totally agree with this request. As is said, it is through requests such as these that improvements are made. I have just downloaded version 1 - 5 - 1 and see this request has not managed to meet the drawing board, such a shame. As stated it is one report that really should be there. Other than that, a very good, easy to use programm.
