I wonder if you could tell me if it is possible to enter an employee onto 12pay who resides in Republic of Ireland (Southern)? I have begun the process but the program will not let me proceed past the first tab as the employee's NI number is not recognised eg. 1234567 Z.

How do I proceed with this employee if it is not possible?

Thanks

Bill

Bill, The software is for paying the employees of UK companies who fall under standard UK PAYE/NI arrangements.

Anyone who that is true of should get a UK NI number. If not then they probably shouldn't be put through 12Pay, as they shouldn't have a P14 or P35 record.
