Hi

I have just reccived a p45 from an employee and entered the employee details, changed Tax code from BR to 647L, but now I am getting No Entery sign on Week 45 tab on the top, due to which I cannot enter details such as hours and the rates of pay.

Can you please tell me what/where is the mistake?

Regards

Bhupi

Probably you've filled in the employee's leaving date from you, by accident. Right-click it and select "Clear" (assuming that they haven't left you yet!) The software won't pay an employee who has already left your employment.

To check the reason glide the mouse pointer over the red cross and you'll see an explanation.
