Hi,

We have just input all our new pay rates for 2011 - 2012 (lots of them), when we go to pay the guys this week, 12pay is still using the old pay rates from last week.

Is there any way to automatically update the rates in this weeks pay run or do we have to delete the ones we have and input them again to get the new rates?

We have quite a number of people to pay with up to 6 different rates each :o)

Regards

Bill Brandie

There isn't any standard facility in the software for this... You can either delete and re-insert the standard pay lines, or you can go to each line in turn on each employee and alter its rate.

Send us a backup of the employer file and we'll take a look and see if there is anything easy that we can do to help you.

It's ok, we can do it manually for this year, may be an idea to look into an automatic update or button to click to change to new rates en block for the future though.

How did this turn out?  I have been looking for payroll services for my company.  I do not do all raises at the beginning of the year, but instead, I do in on their annual anniversary.  This helps save me money in the even that they leave.
