Hi there,

I've recently renewed my premium licence & in doing so, managed to change the Employer Name from "Redemption Trust" to "Redemption Church". This meant that when trying to roll forward to year 2011, I was initially unable to until I changed the company name to "Redemption Church".

As all of my previous payroll has been run under the company name of "Redemption Trust", I would prefer that to continue. Is it possible to have the new registration key registered to the company name "Redemption Trust", so that all subsequent payslips etc will have that name appear on them?

Hello, The easiest way, if you're not at the limit of names supported by the licence that you've purchased, is simply to request another registration key for your preferred employer name on the "My 12Pay" page. If you're at the limit then please let us know your licence number and we'll remove the offending name...

Thank you,

I'd presumed I needed to use the new registration key created when updating the software/renewing the licence. I've now put in the old registration key and it seems to have done the trick (it no longer defaults to "Unregistered Company").

Yes, probably you didn't need to update the registration key.

Just to clarify, can you let us know your licence number, and we'll check that your renewal went through OK.
