On the Payroll Maintenance Page the Calculate Pay button becomes greyed out after hitting it once.

I can recalculate individual pay from the Employee Month (x) Tab but it would be useful to know that the calculation for all employees incorporates the latest information.

Can anybody suggest why this is occuring?

If the "Calculate" button is greyed out then everyone has already been calculated. Whenever someone might need recalculating the "Calculate" button is active.
