It seems that 12Pay automatically installs its data files in My documents/12pay. I would prefer to install it on my network drive that is automatically backed up twice a day. How can I do that?

Bill, When you create an employer file you can choose where to store it. The only key file that must be backed up is the one file (per employer) with a 12Pay icon. All of the rest of the information is reports etc. You can instruct the system to store reports in the same location as the employer file using the appropriate checkbox on the Advanced tab of the employer form.

Move an employer file to a different location at any time. And you can open them by double-clicking them from their folder.
