I find the ability to print a message on all payslip very useful. However on odd occasions it would be useful to be able to print a message on individual payslips. What does anyone else think?

Yes that would be very useful to us as well.

Yes, totally agree; this would be a great feature to add.

In our current release you can instruct the system to print payslip detail lines even if their value is zero.

You do this by putting a "$" sign on the front of the description of the line when entering it. The "$" sign will not be printed.

So you can use this to put a permanent message on a particular employee's payslip by prefixing the text description of a zero value line on their "Pay" tab with a "$". Or similarly you can add a one-off zero-value line on the employee's current period tab.

Either use an existing payment/deduction code for this, or eg add a new "TEXT" code which is specifically for such messages.
