Hi,

When move to the next period, I am getting a message telling me that as I have over 30 employee's I will have to change over to a Bureau Licence. I only have 21 staff members, but there are a few in-year leavers that I'm guessing are making up the numbers. What can I do?

Hello Kirsty, In year leavers count towards the total of 30 employees (because their details are needed for reporting and year-end P14/P35, etc), so it sounds as if you need to upgrade to a bureau licence, which you can do from the My 12Pay page after logging in. When upgrading you're automatically credited for the remainder of your standard premium licence.
