Hi,

Can you tell me if 12Pay Software can handle a bi-monthly payroll. Each pay period would be 1st to 14th of the month and then 15th to the last day of the month. Many thanks. Kind regards Jayne Andrews

Jayne, We handle monthly, weekly, 2 weekly, and 4 weekly payrolls. We plan to add quarterly and annual payrolls to that list, but we have no plans to add bi-monthly as this is extremely rare. Sorry.

Hi, Could you give me an idea of when the quarterely Payroll will be available, I currently have a client that wishes his payroll to be processed quarterely.

Many Thanks

We don't currently have a release date for that functionality, it is just something that is in the medium-term pipeline.

Where a payroll has directors only (quite common with quarterly payrolls) you can get the same effect by running a monthly payroll, and skipping past the months that you don't need (ie just process months 3,6,9, and 12)

But if any employees aren't directors that wouldn't work, because of NI thresholds.
