I am a small company, one employee, and I wish to continue to use the Express version as oppossed to buying the Premium edition. However, when I log in I receive a pop up noting that "No paid for licence for 12pay is currently activated on this PC". The two options available are to buy or install a previously purchased licence and I am unable to access my Express edition. How can I disable this message and continue to use the Express edition.

Aubrey, Just wait a few seconds for the "Continue" button to become live. Then click it... You'll need to wait a few seconds each time you start the software up before the "Continue" button appears.

I have restated the software and left for a few minutes but do not have sight of a "Continue" button. Where should this appear?

It appears as the bottom of the 3 buttons on that form within a few seconds... The wording on it is "Continue"

I have reloaded the software once more, but find that the message I receive has only teo buttons, the "Continue" button does not appear. I have version 1.4.7. Do you have any other options for me!!

Aubrey, Can you call our support line. 0118 9546817. (in working hours). We don't understand why you cannot see the "Continue" button.
