Have found that i have missed an employee from week 8 I am now at week 13. I have tried to create a new payroll and dragging into it but that did not work. can you help . thanks

Shirley,

  1. Create a new weekly payroll dated in week 8. Finish creating the payroll with the "Advanced setup" button because you won't be entering a new employee
  2. Drag the employee who missed week 8 into the new payroll. The drag takes place entirely in the navigator on the lhs of the form.
  3. Go to the employee's PAYE tab and remove all weeks that they've been paid since week 8 using the "Rewind" button
  4. Now pay them in week 8 and advance to week 9
  5. Then enter their week 9 pay and advance to week 10, and so on, until you get them back to week 13.
  6. Now drag them back into the main payroll
